Infotainment Software Developer

We are now looking for an Infotainment Software Developer on the behalf of our client, Volvo Cars.

The Connected Experience unit within Engineering includes Connectivity and Car Cloud Platform, Infotainment and Remote functions. Our vision and strategy are to maximize the attractiveness of owning and using a Volvo, make all cars connected and provide a continuously enhanced experience for both new and existing cars.

What you’ll do:

Volvo Cars Infotainment Park Assist Functions Team in Lund is now looking for a senior software developer to strengthen the team further. Park Assist Functions develops the whole experience around parking functionality like reverse camera, 360 camera, 3D camera and sensors.

Within Park Assist Functions you will join a highly collaborative and dedicated team working with software from the deepest level, transforming the videostream from the source up to the presentation layer in Android, beautifully presenting the solution to the driver. As developer you will work in an agile development environment having end to end responsibility of the features meaning fully responsible from refinement to test all the way in the car.

  • Camera calibration
  • Linux development environment
