For one of our Client from banking sector, we are looking for a IT Project Manager.

Please note there is hybrid work - 3 times per week Previous experience as PM in Large-Scale big data Platform Migration or vendor replacement project in Hadoop / Cloudera Domain is a must have and needs to be explained in CV. Main responsibilities in this role:

• Coordinate the vendor change as project manager
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks
• Plan and manage budget and financial forecasting of the project
• Monitor and report delivery progress and risks, proactively identifying issues and risk and escalating where needed to ensure predictable execution
• Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture
• Run project team meetings
• Do progress reporting and SteerCo reporting

Requirements:

• Proven track record in leading a Large-Scale Platform Migration or vendor replacement project in Hadoop / Cloudera Domain
• Good risks & issue management skills
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills: able to engage and drive follow-up actions and able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication
• Excellent stakeholder and executive stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing
