Description: We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and work on the GDS project. This initiative focuses on developing comprehensive end-to-end tests for Desktop based applications, aimed at ensuring the robustness and reliability of internal workflows and system functionalities. As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in delivering high quality solutions that support critical operations within the organization. Required Skills: - ISTQB testing principles - Test plan - Test Strategy - Bug tracking - Testing Methodologies - Knowledge in any programming language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) - Knowledge about Agile process - Knowledge in testing Desktop application and API testing - Knowledge in SQL Queries - Knowledge in Azure DevOps (ADO) - Knowledge in AI Assisted testing using tools like GitHub Copilot, AzureDevOps MCPs, ChatGPT Preferred Skills: - Experience in Desktop based application automation tools like Ranorex - Experience in both desktop and web application testing - Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud services - Basic knowledge in IBM i RPG language Soft skills: - Full professional proficiency in English - Open-minded, honest, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and appreciation for a fun work environment - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as effectively within a team
