🔹 For our Client we are looking for a Lead Python Developer🔹

Location: 100% remote

Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Python.
• Strong proficiency with modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions, including Large Language Models, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
• Solid experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and software delivery best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of scalable, highly available, and resilient system design.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges and make sound architectural decisions.
• Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership within engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1 level or higher).

Daily task:

• Design, development, and maintenance of advanced backend applications and services using Python and modern software development frameworks.
• Designing system architectures, particularly solutions based on microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first approaches.
• Designing and implementing solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies.
• Creating, developing, and optimizing integration processes between internal and external systems.
• Ensuring high-quality software delivery by applying software engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing, and security standards.
• Designing, implementing, and enhancing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes, deployment automation, and application monitoring solutions.
• Providing technical leadership for ongoing projects and making architectural decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Supporting the development team through mentoring, technical coaching, and fostering the professional growth of team members.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, analysts, and clients to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
• Analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges while identifying opportunities to improve architecture, processes, and products.
• Ensuring compliance with security, authentication, authorization, and data protection requirements.
• Designing and implementing observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, and tracing mechanisms for production systems.
• Participating in technical planning, effort estimation, definition of development standards, and advancement of engineering practices across the organization.
• Documenting designed solutions, system architectures, and key technical decisions.
• Driving and executing continuous improvement initiatives focused on software development processes and increasing overall team efficiency.
