Role: Product owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner within a major financial institution's Digital Banking and Channels domain. The position focuses on delivering user-centric digital banking solutions by bridging business goals with technical execution, leading product backlog prioritization, partnering with UX design, and steering cross-functional agile teams.

Location: Finland

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken)

Tech-wise we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience across strategic and operational levels
• 5+ years of experience in the finance/banking industry with strong payments domain knowledge
• Solid experience with agile ways of working
• Experience with customer-facing applications or a UX background (Nice-to-have)
• Experience working in large organizations and with remote teams (Nice-to-have)

Soft-skills we're looking for:

• Strong ownership and ability to handle complex stakeholder management
• Capability to lead, motivate, and align cross-functional teams
• Proactive, innovative, and action-oriented mindset to transform complex ideas into actionable steps
