🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer🔹

We are looking for Senior DevOps specialist with good knowledge of CI/CD topics. Our project is supporting development of Data Products. Our developers build solution mainly in Scala and Python, we help them with providing automation and pipelines for testing and deployment.

• Preferred location: Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warsaw/Łódź

  Candidates which are able to come to office 1-2days per week may be prioritized but it's not a prerequisite. As for now there is no need to come to office, but it may change in further future.

  At the time being the condition is, that person will take part in PI planning once per 3 months in person.

  ✔️Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins (JobDSL, Groovy)
  • Develop configuration and automation (Terraform and Ansible)
  • Develop and maintain scripts using shell/Python
  • Develop small utilities helping CI/CD pipelines and developers and testers
  • May develop microservices based on containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Act as contact person when discussing DevOps-like needs with external teams
  • May develop and support applicatons supporting AI adoption in Data Area
  • Troubleshoot deployment problems on k8s
  • Share knowledge about DevOps mindset and solutions (internal trainings, demos, presentations)
  • Support developers and QA engineers

  We do not need prior finance experience or data. Everything relevant can be learned on-job.

  Communication skills are essentials – this is a team assignment.

  Work for about 8h daily, no on-calls, no late night.

  ✔️Experience and background:

• • Works is in agile setup with international teams. English language is used.

    Technologies required:

  • CI/CD - good knowledge Jenkins or other automation suite

    • Good knowledge of Ansible and Terraform
    • Good Linux knowledge, good scripting skills
    • Basic skills with Kubernetes (Linux containers)
    • Git (we are using BitBucket)
    • Basic programming skills (python, Groovy)
