In this role, you will drive strategic business development initiatives, support the execution of the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional development projects across functions and countries. You will identify new growth opportunities, gather market insights, and contribute to the development and scaling of innovative services for medium and large enterprise customers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help turn ideas into measurable business value.Required experience:

• Commercial mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Experience gathering and translating market insights into business opportunities.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to independently move initiatives forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (another Nordic language is also considered an advantage).
• Experience in the energy sector is highly preferred, and knowledge of energy markets, flexibility services, or related business domains is considered a strong advantage.
• Genuine interest in the energy transition and emerging energy solutions.
