We have a Salesforce Admin position available that might be interestiWe are seeking a Salesforce Admin Consultant for our client, who will play a central role in user support and ensure the seamless functionality of the tool. The consultant will primarily focus on assisting with tool usage, developing and updating reports, and addressing user issues.
Responsibilities:

• Assist Salesforce Sales Cloud users with the tool’s usage, creating and modifying reports, and resolving any issues
• When the tool is being developed, gather requirements, document them, and validate that the implemented changes have been correctly executed
• Create and modify reports that support sales and business decision-making
  
  

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (developer skills are not required)
• Ability to gather business requirements and document them clearly
• Ability to assist users with challenges and questions related to the Salesforce system
• Experience with Slack & Agentforce
  
  

Allocation: Flexible (as per agreement)
Start: ASAP
Duration: atleast until the end of summer
Language requirements: English
