We are looking for a hands-on data specialist to develop a Snowflake-based analytics platform. The work covers the entire data pipeline, from the AWS landing zone through Snowflake to data ready for use in Power BI. The key technologies are Agile Data Engine (ADE), Snowflake and Data Vault 2.0.

In this role, you will

• Build and develop data pipelines from AWS S3 to Snowflake to support reporting and analytics.
• Design logical and physical data models and develop data structures for the analytics platform.
• Translate business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
• Develop shared data modelling and reporting principles, using approaches such as Data Vault 2.0.
• Ensure data quality, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and external data and analytics partners.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions in Power BI, depending on your expertise.
  
  

We are looking for

• Hands-on experience with ADE, Snowflake and Data Vault 2.0.
• Experience in analytics data modelling and end-to-end data pipeline development.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• An understanding of data security and data management.
• Fluency in English.

Fluency in Finnish and experience with Power BI are strong advantages. 
Location: Hybrid, with approximately 50% of working time at the client’s premises in Vantaa.
