For our client we're looking for a SAP S/4 Project Manager for a project involving renewing the ERP solution from MS Dynamics Navision to SAP S/4. In phase 1, financial functions will be carved out from the legacy Navision system and moved to Group SAP S/4. A seasoned SAP S/4 Project Manager is needed to lead the transformation locally.

The project consists of four phases: 1. Local collection and documentation of current processes (1-2 months): Support needed includes documentation of current processes and business requirements, conducting interviews, questionnaires, and project planning. 2. Joint Discovery phase (2 months): Collaboration with local and group project teams to share information, plan the project, document and create specifications of needs, and perform gap analysis. 3. Joint Project phase building ERP to new SAP S/4 (Approx. 9 months): Manage the project locally, contribute to technical solutions, and ensure local business needs and requirements are fulfilled. 4. Hypercare (Approx. 3 months): ERP is live with project team support to ensure possible issues are fixed before project closure and documentation of the project. Requirements: - Deep know-how and experience in SAP S/4 from both business and technical perspectives. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Previous experience in similar Finnish projects with SAP S/4. - Ability to manage pressure from multiple stakeholders. - Business proficiency in English and Finnish. - Ability to work mainly onsite at the Espoo HQ office. Additional nice-to-have: - Experience with SAP S/4 in retail business. - Experience with MS Dynamics / Navision. Allocation: 80-100% (4-5 days /week) Start: April 2026

Contract duration: 14 - 16 months. Location: Espoo. Work mainly onsite with occasional remote work possible by agreement. Parking space available if needed.
