🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Project Manager🔹

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a PMI certification to lead IT projects from initiation to successful delivery as the sole Project Manager. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile environments, selecting the most appropriate delivery approach while ensuring strong governance, documentation, and project control. A good understanding of Cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure) and Cybersecurity is highly desirable.

Must have skills:

• PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP)
• Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery
• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
• Experience in IT transformation / integration projects
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

An understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, like:

• Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring
• Endpoint Protection
• Security Monitoring
• Vulnerability management, Security baselines
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Network Security
• Azure Cloud Architecture

Work task:

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
• Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)
• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project
• Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance)
• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders

Possible location in Poland : Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdańsk or Łódź (2-3 days per week from office)
