Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in modern cloud-native software development across the CNCF ecosystem. This role involves building and evolving a complex, production-grade product that acts as a centralized control plane for all infrastructure components.

The ideal candidate will have deep Kubernetes and Go expertise, hands-on experience with production-grade GitOps workflows using Argo CD, and strong operational knowledge of running large-scale, enterprise infrastructure. You will work closely with platform, infrastructure, and developer experience teams to design and operate scalable, secure, and highly observable systems in complex production environments.

Experience in platform engineering or developer experience (DevEx) teams is highly preferred.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Kubernetes Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production

Deep understanding of Kubernetes APIs, controllers, and extensibility Crossplane Crossplane composition design and development Custom Crossplane function development for infrastructure abstraction Go (Golang) Development Strong hands-on experience building backend services, controllers, and APIs in Go Kubernetes Operator Development Design, development, and maintenance of custom Kubernetes operators GitOps & Argo CD Strong hands-on experience with production-grade Argo CD Designing and maintaining GitOps-based deployment and infrastructure workflows Backstage Strong understanding of the Backstage system model Experience integrating Backstage with internal platform tooling Observability Hands-on experience with observability tooling Strong working knowledge of Grafana Cloud (metrics, logs, traces) Cloud Platform Strong experience designing and operating workloads on Microsoft Azure Enterprise Operations Strong operational knowledge of maintaining large-scale, enterprise-grade infrastructure Experience managing reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence in production systems Product Development Proven experience contributing to complex, production-grade products Experience building platforms that serve as control planes for infrastructure components
