Join a high-impact product development initiative where you will work side by side with R&D teams to embed generative AI into real software engineering work, not just training sessions.In this role, you will:

• Work directly within software development teams, contributing in day-to-day engineering and demonstrating practical AI-augmented development workflows in real project contexts.
• Help teams apply modern GenAI tools such as Claude across requirements definition, coding, iteration, refactoring, testing, and broader development processes.
• Identify where generative AI creates measurable value in the software lifecycle and turn those insights into effective, repeatable engineering practices.
• Coach and challenge key teams technically while helping them adopt new ways of working and build an AI-native engineering mindset.
• Document learnings from pilot teams and shape scalable operating models that can be rolled out across a wider R&D organization.

You will thrive if:

• You have a strong hands-on software engineering background and can actively code, prototype, and improve development practices with engineering teams.
• You have deep, practical experience using generative AI in software development and understand modern AI coding tools and workflows beyond surface-level prompting.
• You have worked in roles such as Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Tech Lead, or similar, where you combined technical depth with leadership and mentoring.
• You are effective at driving change in real delivery environments and can help teams evolve their habits through practical example, not just workshops or presentations.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment, with mostly English-speaking teams and some Finnish-speaking teams, and can work on site in Vantaa mostly.
