We are looking for a skilled engineer to own and develop mobile Continuous Integration (CI) systems for iOS and Android applications Responsibilities:

•  Build and operate CI infrastructure: manage runner capacity, caching, sharding, and parallelization to ensure scalability. Collaborate with infrastructure and hardware teams on capacity and performance planning. 
•  Own expertise in mobile build systems (Gradle, Xcode / Tuist) and enhance build performance, determinism, and debuggability in both local and CI environments. 
•  Define and develop testing architecture (unit, integration, and UI tests), manage flaky tests, and ensure scalable testing. 
•  Implement developer-facing observability and instrumentation, including logging, metrics, and tracing, to support CI, pre-release environments, and overall developer experience. 
•  Design end-to-end feedback loops by integrating build results, test outcomes, and application-level telemetry. Analyze failures, guide prioritization, and prevent regressions using data-driven insights. 
•  Define technical direction and strategy for mobile CI, build systems, testing architecture, and observability. Influence best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to address scalability challenges. 

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience with mobile CI/CD systems for iOS and Android.
•  Strong skills in written communication and documentation. 
•  Strong knowledge of build tools (Gradle, Xcode / Tuist) and automated testing frameworks. 
•  Experience managing CI infrastructure, caching, sharding, and parallel builds. 
•  Familiarity with developer observability, metrics, and telemetry. 
•  Ability to define technical strategy, influence practices, and mentor peers.
