We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Operations Developer to join an expert team in a long-term development assignment. In this role, you will work on complex project management and financial solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Canvas Apps.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to design, build, and continuously improve Project Operations processes tailored to organizational needs.

• Working hours: Aligned with EET / CET time zones

• On-site participation: Ability to attend PI Planning sessions in Espoo, Finland approximately four times per year is highly appreciated

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Project Operations and PMA/PMP modules

• Design and maintain solutions using Power Platform technologies (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)

• Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, integrations, automations, and N52 formulas using Power Automate and Dataverse

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

• Collaborate with functional teams to enhance project management, resource management, scheduling, and cost control processes

• Support integrations between Project Operations and other systems (ERP, CRM, Finance)

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and continuous improvements

• Ensure best practices, governance models, and documentation standards are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations / Project Service Automation

• Strong hands-on development experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps mandatory)

• Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Platform architecture

• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and N52 formulas

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and using Jira

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, or Cosmos DB

• Familiarity with integration patterns, REST APIs, and data migration tools
