Senior Project Manager (Privileged Access Management)

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Project Manager (Privileged Access Management)🔹
Must have skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Management initiatives.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project planning, tracking, and delivery management.
- Experience preparing and presenting executive-level reports and project updates.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, execution-focused approach to project delivery.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Work task:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from initiation through implementation.
- Act as Deputy to the Lead Project Manager, supporting project planning, execution, and governance activities.
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across Business and DevOps teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to governance standards and project controls.
- Prepare and support the creation of executive reporting, status updates, and decision-making materials for senior management.
- Drive change management activities and communication plans to support successful project adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Possible location in Poland : Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdańsk or Łódź (2-3 days per week from office)
