🔹 Senior QA Tester 🔹

Location: Gdynia/Gdansk/Warsaw – 2-3 days at the office (hybrid)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join a delivery team for our Nordic banking client, working within an international, Agile/Scrum environment.

You will be responsible for planning, designing and executing tests across complex software systems, ensuring high-quality, well-documented QA activities aligned with the latest quality standards, while working closely with automation testers to secure optimal test coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure QA activities are conducted efficiently and well documented, in line with the latest quality standards
• Analyze and design new tests (test cases/scenarios)
• Plan and execute tests
• Report defects, including full defect lifecycle management
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results
• Work closely with Automation Testers to secure optimal manual and automation regression coverage/test suites

• Work actively with the Scrum team to secure high quality of the delivery

Required Skills and Experience

• ISTQB certified
• 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Agile teams
• Ability to drive and support QA activities across the delivery team, working as an individual contributor
• Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Experience in Web and Mobile testing, including testing on cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g. BrowserStack)
• Experience in system testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)
• API testing experience using Postman and Swagger
• Experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
• Practical experience with Jira/Confluence
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner, willing to understand new tools and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in an international environment
• Ability to work in a hybrid model – 2-3 days per week in the office

Nice to Have

• Automation testing experience
• Working knowledge of the PEGA platform
• Working knowledge of AI tools
• Experience working with the SAFe methodology
