Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to support a key initiative focused on the successful delivery and implementation of project with one of our clients in the financial indutry.
In this role, you will drive project execution and act as a vital link between business and technology teams, ensuring that objectives are delivered on time and according to plan. The assignment requires a solid understanding of Life & Pension products and the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Employment Reform implementation initiative.
- Drive planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and workstreams.
- Monitor progress and support successful delivery and implementation of project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience working within the Life & Pension industry.
- Knowledge of Savings & Protection products within the pension domain.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives.
- Experience with Jira and related project management tools.
