Description: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Power Platform Developer. This is a high-impact role for a technically advanced professional who combines deep hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform with exceptional stakeholder management skills. This will be a pivotal role in designing, developing, and architecting scalable, enterprise-grade solutions, while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and intuitive, user-friendly applications, collaborating with business analysts, UX designers, and end users.
  • Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solution architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay abreast of emerging Power Platform features, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong portfolio of various implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of secrets and credentials.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Advanced knowledge of the broader Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
  • Strong experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills, with a track record of building strong client and internal relationships.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and how they complement Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members, with a passion for knowledge sharing and team development.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Background in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools and AI integration within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience facilitating technical workshops.
