Senior/Lead Business Analyst – Supply Chain Digitalisation & EDI Integration.

Are you passionate about driving supply chain digitalisation, ensuring robust EDI integrations, and turning complex operational needs into stable, high‑quality SAP solutions?

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a central part in end‑to‑end supplier integration, SAP Purchase & Distribution processes, and C4F (Collaboration4Future) digitalisation initiatives. You will act as the primary link between suppliers, external partners, OpenText, internal SAP/IT teams, and warehouse operations — ensuring that digital message flows (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, ORDCHG, STPPOD etc.) run smoothly and support our business.

Key task responsibilities:

1. EDI Integration & Message Flow Management

  • Drive implementation and troubleshooting of EDI message types such as ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, ORDCHG, and STPPOD flows for suppliers across multiple markets.
  • Analyse EDI/XML/EDIFACT structures, validate mapping requirements, and provide examples or corrections to suppliers and partners.
  • Guide suppliers through onboarding, connectivity setup, and end-to-end message testing via OpenText Trading Grid.

2. SAP Purchase & Distribution – Operational Support

  • Monitor and resolve idoc errors, ensuring stable inbound and outbound message processing (including HU‑assignments, inbound delivery corrections, and SAP logistic execution steps).
  • Support warehousing integrations, label requirements (SSCC, multiple packing levels), and ensure alignment with warehouse and logistics teams.

3. Supplier Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Act as first‑line expert to suppliers regarding EDI issues, connectivity problems, incorrect messages, or missing packing data.
  • Communicate technical and process expectations clearly, including data requirements, packing logic, label placement, and barcode structures.

4. Testing & Validation

  • Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end testing of EDI integrations between supplier systems, OpenText, and SAP.
  • Validate idocs, error logs, mapping results, and ensure compliance with NN message implementation guidelines.
  • Support test case preparation and ensure alignment with URS and implementation plans.

6. Knowledge Sharing & Training

  • Deliver training sessions for stakeholders on idoc monitoring, digital order confirmation, supplier message handling, and internal tools.
  • Prepare materials, guides, and deep‑dives to support internal colleagues and suppliers.

Who You Are:

You enjoy owning end‑to‑end digital integration processes and thrive in the space between IT, suppliers, SAP, and supply chain operations. You excel in structured problem solving and can translate technical issues into clear actions. You naturally build trust with suppliers and colleagues, even when driving corrections or troubleshooting under time pressure.

  • Experience:

    • Solid experience with SAP Supply Chain processes (e.g., Purchase & Distribution, inbound deliveries, idoc processing)
    • Strong understanding of EDI message types (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, ORDCHG, STTPOD) and integration flows.
    • Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues across SAP, OpenText, and supplier interfaces.
    • Experience working with suppliers, IT teams, and supply chain functions in a global environment.
    • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate technical topics into clear, actionable steps.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
    • Structured, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple parallel topics under time pressure.
  • ✔️ We offer:

    • B2B agreement
    • Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client
    • Current support during our cooperation
    • Possibility to work in an international environment
    • Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture
    • Private medical care
    • Life insurance
    • Multisport
    • Teambuilding events
