The assignment is centred on making LeanIX the primary platform for architecture management and establishing an architecture management approach that can support the current programme as well as future enterprise-wide requirementsResponsibilities

• Develop and configure the LeanIX Meta Model based on the agreed business and architecture use cases.
• Define the required architecture domains, relationships, attributes and governance practices, with consideration for future extensibility.
• Bring together process, functionality and application architecture information and establish a structured representation of their dependencies.
• Define how architecture data is sourced and managed, including ownership, onboarding and data quality practices.
• Establish the architecture operating model, including governance, dependency management and processes for managing architecture changes.
• Create an implementation roadmap and coordinate the associated implementation activities.
• Support integrations between LeanIX and related platforms.
• Provide training and transfer knowledge to administrators, architects and business users.

Required Background

• Extensive hands-on experience with LeanIX implementation and configuration, including the design of LeanIX Meta Models.
• Experience converting business and architecture use cases into LeanIX structures and governance models.
• A solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modelling practices, such as TOGAF or equivalent approaches.
• Experience from ERP transformation programmes and complex application environments.
• Experience in developing architecture operating models and practices for dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio integration, including the alignment of process, functionality and application models.
• Strong knowledge of architecture data management, data ownership and onboarding processes.
• Experience combining architecture, process and project management information.
• The ability to operate independently while working with architects, programme stakeholders and business representatives.
