We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Developer to support the validation and verification of safety-critical embedded software in an industrial environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test solutions that help ensure software quality, reliability, and compliance with stringent industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test cases based on system and software requirements

• Execute and maintain regression, integration, and system-level test suites

• Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate on defect resolution

• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results

• Support test environment setup and maintenance, including software-in-the-loop (SIL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices

Required Competence

• Solid experience in test automation development

• Experience with embedded systems testing

• Experience working with safety-critical software or systems

• Experience in industrial environments with high reliability and quality requirements

• Good understanding of software testing lifecycles and defect management processes

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills

• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automated testing in regulated or compliance-driven environments

• Experience with SIL/HIL testing methodologies

• Knowledge of modern software development and DevOps practices

Location: onsite 3 days a week at the customer premises in Uusimaa region
