End User Services Architect

For our client we are seeking an End User Services Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure end-user services. In this role, you will shape our technology roadmap, champion best practices, and ensure our end-user environment is modern, reliable, and secure.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the End User Services architecture, including technology selection and roadmaps, in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for End User Services, guiding and supporting teams across IT.
  • Track industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate them into our services.
  • Participate in architectural governance and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet established security and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science or equivalent experience from a similar role.
  • Several years of experience in End User Services and solid experience in IT Infrastructure Services.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Deep expertise in M365 services, Entra ID, AVD, AD, and device management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and Service Desk is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.

Duration: Until end of 2026

Location: Helsinki or Tornio (50% office / 50% home)
