Deputy Project Manager (Privileged Access Management)

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Deputy Project Manager (Privileged Access Management)🔹
Must have skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, processes, or related initiatives.
- Working knowledge of CyberArk and its role in Privileged Access Management.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project planning, tracking, and delivery management.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentation materials for senior management.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, execution-focused approach to project delivery.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Work task:
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to implementation.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, policies, and delivery frameworks.
- Apply and continuously develop knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, solutions, and best practices.
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across DevOps teams and the PAM Onboarding team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to governance requirements.
- Prepare and support executive reporting, status updates, and decision-making materials for senior management.
- Support the Track Lead in driving project progress, removing blockers, and implementing mitigation actions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive change management activities and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes by stakeholders.
Possible location in Poland : Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdańsk or Łódź (2-3 days per week from office)
