Our client is looking for a professional to build and lead global AI enablement capabilities across the organization. The role focuses on developing AI skills and capabilities, building AI communities and champion networks, and sharing best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global AI Champion network.
• Design and deliver AI training and enablement programs for different target groups.
• Create communities, events, workshops, and ways of working to facilitate AI knowledge sharing.
• Drive AI adoption across business units and support functions.
• Identify successful AI use cases and scale them across the organization.
• Act as an AI ambassador, connecting business, IT, data teams, and senior leadership.

Desired Profile

• Experience in change management, capability development, or building digital capabilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven experience building global communities or networks.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and its business applications.
• Ability to inspire people, connect different stakeholders, and create a shared direction.

Start: According to agreement

Contract length: 9–12 months

Allocation: 100%

Location: Flexible within Finland
