We are seeking a Senior Product Owner for one of our clients in the finance sector.

Job description:

The candidate will be part of the development team delivering delightful user experience in Nordea's digital channels. The main focus for this role will be:

Collaborate with the development team by serving as voice of the customer in product decisions and trade-offs

Stay close to stakeholders within Nordea to drive alignment on business impact, success metrics and prioritization

Partner with UX design team to define best-in-class user experience

Own and prioritize product backlog based on customer needs and business impact

Plan and communicate delivery milestones, stay on top of dependencies

Must-have knowledge and experience

• Know payments and have 5+ years of experience from finance industry/ banking
• Have 5+ years demonstrated Product Owner experience on strategic as well as operational level
• Show ownership, handle complex stakeholder management and are able to lead and motivate others
• Have a proactive, innovative and can-do oriented mind-set with the ability to convert new ideas or complex requirements into concrete actions
• Have experience with agile ways of working
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

• UX background or experience delivering to mobile/ frontend applications
• Experience working with remote teams
• Experience from large organizations
