For our client, we're looking for a Junior Creative AI Operator / Developer.

Description of the assignment: Working with AI by operating and developing AI solutions for internal Design support. Qualifications and skills required for the role * Proficient in Python, Blender, and image generation tools such as Flux, Krea, Qwen Image, Z-image and ComfyUI * Hands-on experience with LoRA training and fine tuning image models. * Collection and preparation of large 3D datasets for automotive applications. * Experience with 3D generative models and fine tuning them to automotive applications. * Proven track record of building and optimizing synthetic data pipelines for automotive applications * Able to deliver on tight deadlines in a project-based setting. * Skilled in multiprocessing and automation for high-efficiency rendering and data collection. * Strong understanding of efficient dataset structure and collaborative data collection. * Able to deliver under tight deadlines in research-heavy, project-based environments
