Help build the core data platform behind real-time reporting and cross-channel analytics used by some of the world’s largest brands.This role focuses on the core data platform that ingests, transforms, and serves tens of billions of advertising data points for real-time reporting and analytics. The engineer will work on distributed data processing, OLAP performance, and reliable cross-channel data unification at significant scale.

In this role, you will:

• Design and build systems that support high-scale reporting and analytics workloads across massive datasets.
• Improve OLAP performance and optimize data access patterns to deliver low-latency, reliable query experiences.
• Develop solutions that unify data from multiple external advertising channels with varying structures and integrations.
• Own projects from definition through delivery, maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers across the platform and help raise the team’s technical bar through strong engineering practices and mentorship.

You will thrive if:

• You have strong experience building and operating data-intensive, high-scale systems in production.
• You bring hands-on expertise with OLAP workloads, query optimization, and analytical data access patterns.
• You are confident working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; experience with columnar databases is a plus.
• You can design systems that handle evolving schemas, diverse data structures, and third-party integrations.
• You take ownership of complex problems, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively across teams.
• You have ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity from Helsinki office 3 days a week
