We are looking for an experienced consultant to lead HR processes and system development in a global HR system implementation projectOur client is looking for an experienced consultant to take ownership of global HR processes and system development, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

This is a key role in supporting the launch of a global HR system implementation project, working closely with a dedicated project manager. The role ensures that HR ways of working are clear, aligned and supported by the HR system. It brings structure to how HR processes are developed, improved and harmonized across countries.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Global HR Processes

•  Define and continuously improve HR processes. 
•  Drive harmonization where needed, while respecting local requirements. 
•  Ensure processes are practical, clear and well-documented. 
•  Act as the global decision-maker for process-related questions. 

Own HR Systems & Roadmap

•  Own the Global HR system 
•  Define and maintain the Global HR system roadmap 
•  Prioritize system improvements and development initiatives 
•  Ensure systems support business needs and everyday HR work 

Lead the HR System Community

•  Lead the virtual/matrix organization of local HR key users 
•  Build collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries 
•  Support key users in change adoption and system improvements 
•  Act as the main link between HR, IT and system vendors 

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and daily HR operations and what good looks like 
•  Experience working with HR systems (HCM/HRIS) 
•  Data and analytics capability 
•  Ability to structure, prioritize and make decisions 
•  Experience working in a matrix or international environment 
•  Vendor & Partner management 
•  Clear communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority 
•  Hands-on, practical and solution-oriented mindset
•  Fluent English required, Finnish is a significant advantage

 Primarily remote, with occasional workshops in the Pirkanmaa region and potentially elsewhere in Europe.
