We are looking for a hands-on Agile Coach / Jira Expert to support the development of common ways of working, planning practices and Jira solutions across multiple development teams. We are now looking for an Agile Coach / Jira Expert for our client. In this role, you will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to develop common planning, prioritization, delivery and review practices across multiple development teams.

The role combines agile coaching, Jira solution design and operational development. You will support the rollout and adoption of standardized Jira practices while ensuring team-level agility and ways of working are preserved.

Main responsibilities:

•  Support and develop 4-month cycle planning, prioritization and review practices 
•  Design and implement standardized Jira workflows, structures and reporting models 
•  Support change management and adoption of common practices across teams 
•  Improve transparency, predictability and visibility from strategic priorities to team-level execution 
•  Support team practices related to estimation, planning and review ceremonies 
•  Facilitate alignment between business priorities, OKRs and delivery team execution

Requirements:

• Experience as working in a role of Jira Admin. 
• Multiple project implementations from multi team environment using agile methodology.
• Strong hands-on experience using Jira to support team performance, including:
  • Agile planning
  •  Dependency and prioritization support
  • Cross-team visibility and transparency
  • Velocity metrics for cross-functional development teams
• Good understanding of software development work dynamics: cyclical planning, continuous flow
• Experience working in a support or enabling role within a large, multi-team organization
• Ability to discuss delivery performance and work management with both teams and managers
• Practical, coaching-oriented mindset — able to explain both the how and the why
• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with OKRs or other goal-oriented execution models
• Familiarity with flow metrics, delivery capability, or performance improvement practices
• Previous experience in digital business or a complex enterprise environment
• Experience with AI enabled software development

Client interviews will take place during the first week of June. The final selection will be made before Midsummer, and the assignment is expected to start after the summer holiday period.
