Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer - Try & Hire

Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer, with a strong combination of deep technical expertise and excellent business understanding. The candidate should be experienced in working across the entire system development lifecycle - from solution design and development to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. Possesses a solid background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (both on-premises and online), as well as modern application development, with a proven ability to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with business objectives.

The consultant will work on long-term assignments for a highly important public sector client, that is why it is important for the person to be fluent in Swedish.

You will work closely with our customers and have the opportunity to develop solutions that make a real difference for citizens, while expanding your technical expertise across both on-premises environments and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in on-premises environments.

• Solve complex technical challenges with significant business impact.

• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Work closely with customers to prioritize requirements and contribute to technical architecture and solution design.

• Provide technical leadership and support to the development team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience in on-premises development using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.

• Strong background in integration and system development within on-premises server environments (not cloud-dependent).

• Experience developing cloud-based solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Online to support upcoming cloud migration initiatives.

• A self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with municipal or government organizations.

• Experience leading or coordinating development teams.

Required Experience and Technical skills

• At least 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE Online development

• Should have experience in sale, marketing, service experience

• Should have experience on Dynamics CE on-premises implementation

• Should have experience in plugin development and workflow development

• Should have good knowledge of C# and .NET

• Should have good knowledge in JavaScript.

• Should have good experience in webservices

• Should have good experience in SQL Server

• Should have experience on Powe apps & Power Flow

• Should have good experience in WCF/SOAP

• Should have good experience in REST API/web API
