We are looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness Training professional for our client in the jewelry retail industry

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Cybersecurity Awareness Training professional to design, deliver, and enhance security awareness initiatives.

The consultant will play a critical role in promoting a culture of security awareness by equipping employees with the knowledge and skills needed to identify, prevent, and respond to cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Enhancement: Enhance and improve cybersecurity awareness training programs, including e-learning modules, live workshops, and targeted campaigns. Increase adoption of our eLearning and targeted security trainings.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials (presentations, videos, simulations, job aids) tailored to diverse audiences and roles.

• Training Delivery: Facilitate interactive sessions—virtually and in person—to educate staff on security best practices, phishing defense, data protection, password hygiene, social engineering, and regulatory compliance.

• Assessment & Metrics: Create quizzes, simulations (e.g., phishing tests), and assessments to measure knowledge retention and program effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across the board to align training with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor emerging cyber threats and industry trends to refresh training content and keep awareness programs current and effective.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership on training effectiveness, risk reduction, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness, IT security training, or related consulting.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
