We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist for our client's AI development unit within one of Finland's largest telecommunications companiesThe team has a rich backlog of AI use cases across client's B2C business and you'd be stepping into a role with real production impact from day one.

In this role, you will:

• Develop sustainable and scalable AI/ML solutions for client's core B2C business units
• Build and deploy production-grade machine learning models across real-world telco use cases
• Work with LLMs and Generative AI — including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and AI agents
• Collaborate closely with domain experts and internal stakeholders to turn business problems into working ML solutions
• Apply MLOps principles and cloud-native tooling to ensure reliability and scalability of your solutions

You will thrive if:

• You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade ML models
• You are proficient in Python for AI/ML development and comfortable with SQL for data manipulation
• You have proven experience working with LLMs and Generative AI
  • RAG, fine-tuning, and agent frameworks are a strong plus
• You have hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably GCP
• You understand data engineering and MLOps principles and can build solutions that scale
• Finnish language is a plus
