We are looking for a Project Manager for Return Adjustment for our client in the financial industry

Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

• Project management
• Plan and follow-up on project deliveries, milestones and activities
• Prepare Steering Committee presentations and proposals
• Develop and drive project solutions in cooperation with project team
• Drive requirement specification of IT solutions
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Actuary, Communication, Customer Service, Sales and IT)
• Manage project risks and ensure decision risk assessments
• Report progress to programme Project Management Office

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Experienced project manager with well-equipped toolbox
• Business development skills in an IT context
• Experience with process creation and implementation
• Excellent cooperation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working across multiple business functions
• Fluent in Danish and English

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

• Experience working in Finance / Banking / Life & Pension
• Experience with defining and driving request for change (RFC) processes
