Join a central DevOps team developing shared DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud capabilities that support multiple independent product and development teams across the organization — a senior, hands-on role blending technical depth, architectural thinking, and internal consulting.In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain the GitLab platform, shared CI/CD templates, and GitOps solutions, implementing controlled changes across repositories and environments (GitLab, ArgoCD, Kustomize).
• Design and maintain reusable OpenTofu modules for Azure and AWS environments, driving consistent, automated infrastructure management across teams.
• Support development teams with Azure-native services, application architecture, integrations, deployments, and technical problem-solving.
• Evaluate solutions from an architectural perspective, helping teams build scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and maintainable systems.
• Develop shared security checks, automation, and internal developer tooling to reduce manual work and improve delivery quality (tools in use include GitLeaks, KICS, SonarQube, and Dependency-Track).
• Help teams resolve production incidents related to CI/CD pipelines, certificates, dependencies, and versions when deeper platform expertise is needed.

You will thrive if:

• You have senior-level experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering.
• You have solid experience with GitLab and CI/CD.
• You have hands-on experience with Terraform (or even OpenTofu)
• You have practical experience with Azure, and ideally some familiarity with AWS.
• You have experience with Kubernetes and GitOps — technologies in use include OpenShift, EKS, ArgoCD, and Kustomize.
• You can look at solutions from an architectural perspective while remaining hands-on with implementation.
• You work independently and consultatively, and are comfortable supporting and mentoring other technical professionals across teams
• Fluent Finnish is preferred

This assignment supports a central DevOps team serving multiple independent product and development teams across the organization. It's based in Helsinki on a hybrid basis, starting January 2027, with a 12-month duration (possibility to extend) at 100% allocation.
