We are now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take a key role in transforming our on-premise infrastructure into a highly automated, observable, and data-center-like platform, supporting more than 2000 hardware setups used daily by engineers and developers.

o Ansible (at scale)

o TCP/IP networking, hardware communication, and system-level troubleshooting

Your Responsibilities

Infrastructure Automation & Platform Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain fully automated infrastructure setups for large-scale on-premise environments.

• Create and manage unified OS images deployed across ~2000 hardware setups.

• Use Ansible to standardize configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management.

Observability & Logging

• Implement and maintain centralized logging and monitoring using Grafana, Loki, and Alloy.

• Ensure logs, metrics, and system signals are consistently collected, searchable, and actionable.

• Improve system visibility to support faster debugging and higher platform reliability.

Reliability & Scalability

• Apply data center–like principles to on-premise infrastructure, focusing on stability, reproducibility, and scalability.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks, failure points, and opportunities for automation.

• Support high availability and predictable performance across diverse hardware setups.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Work closely with software engineers, test engineers, and other DevOps colleagues to understand platform needs.

• Act as a senior technical contributor, sharing best practices and mentoring others.

• Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes, tooling, and platform architecture.

Do You Have What It Takes?

You Bring (Must Have):

• Strong experience as a DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineer in complex environments.

• Hands-on expertise with Ansible for large-scale automation.

• Experience building and maintaining unified OS images and automated provisioning pipelines.

• Solid knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and on-premise infrastructure.

• Experience with observability stacks, especially Grafana and centralized logging solutions (Loki, Alloy or similar).

• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or shell.

You Are:

• Passionate about automation, reliability, and clean infrastructure design.

• Comfortable working in complex, hardware-heavy environments.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to reduce manual work through automation.

• A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and shaping technical direction.
