For our clients demand we are looking for an ´Azure AKS (hands-on) Consultant´

Description

Assignment is to work hands-on with the Container team on the task to deliver Container platform based on AKS for our internal users/developers:

We are looking at delivering two different Container offerings.

• Managed multi-tenant cluster
• AKS cluster which will be an extension to our current on-prem solution. This cluster will be managed by the Container team and the users will get a namespace which they are in control over.
• Self-managed cluster
• AKS cluster which is created and managed by the users. Container team will provide template to create the cluster and guard rails, such as Azure policies.

Competence needed:

• Extensive Azure experience
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge
• Proficiency in configuration management and Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Ansible and Terraform

This assignment will include activities, such as:

• Codify infrastructure using Terraform
• Create CI/CD pipelines for onboarding of consumers
• Document architecture
• Prepare for multi-cloud journey
• Configure cluster using GitOps
• Create Helm charts
• Onboard consumers to the platform
