Roll-out project manager

SAP Concur is a new global platform for Travel & Expense management for our client.

It has been deployed in pilot mode in two countries – France & Sweden –

and is now being planned to be further rolled out to the Group over the

coming years , replacing existing sunset platforms & manual processes .

The Roll-out Project Manager for Global SAP Concur will have the overall

responsibility to coordinate the roll out in the different countries & organization in

scope. The role includes the full responsibility , together with the steering

committee , to securing roll out success. The role is responsible for reporting to the

steering committee and to propose relevant solutions and actions in situations

where there are project obstacles , and managing the operational day-to-day project

activities to secure deliverables, in close collaboration with the Travel & Expense

Product team as well as the external supplier.

In the global SAP Concur roll-out, a particularly important focus area will be to

manage project stakeholders. Travel expense is a multi- dimension domain,

involving HR, Accounting , Tax management & payment processes. It will be the

roll-out manager responsibility to support stakeholder buy-in, stakeholder

engagement and that stakeholder requirements are met throughout the entire

project lifecycle. This should be managed by networking, dialogues and driving

important topics and challenges in relevant decision forums together with selected

members from the steering committee.

The Roll-out Project Manager is responsible for

• Project & resource planning , in cooperation with Digital Product Manager & Digital Product Owner.
• Organize & support requirements gathering sessions.
• Assuring project and delivery quality throughout the whole project lifecycle.
• Plan, prepare and organize steering committees.
• Defining, managing and mitigating project risks.
• Defining and managing project issues.
• Cost follow-up.
• Support & be part of Countries onboarding , training & change management sessions.

Key experience

• Senior project manager with at least 8 years of proven experience from successfully leading large scale roll outs , preferable Travel & Expense solution roll-outs, where SAP Concur is a strong merit.
• Hands-on experience on Agile Methodologies & Product Oriented Organization.
• Strong prioritization & stakeholder management skills.
• Well-structured with proven ability to bring order in to complex environments.
• Strong communication & presentation skills with proven ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
• Experience from leading projects within the HR area is a merit.
• Experience from leading SaaS implementations is a merit.

REGARDING NECESSARY BACKGROUND CHECKS

You, the supplier, must conduct a background check as soon as possible after the candidate has been chosen for the assignment. Please contact Ework ASAP if you want us to perform the check on your behalf, for a fee.

As a part of the contract signature, you, the supplier, will also sign a ‘SELF-DECLARATION FORM’ confirming all requested Background Checks are completed. If you/your consultant is selected for the assignment, you are responsible to ensure the background check is completed before signing a contract.

Our client reserves the right to request evidence of completion of these checks according to their expectations for the duration of the contingent worker assignment.

If any deviations or discrepancies occur, the supplier should inform Ework and the candidate should not be moving forward in the procurement process.

Any supplier awarded an assignment with our client needs to, at least, perform checks on:

• Identity verification

• Right-to-work confirmation

• Address verification (covering approximately the last 10 years)

• Education verification (highest relevant degree or certification)

• Financial fitness (e.g., history of bankruptcy or significant debts)

• Corporate directorship review (where applicable)

• Criminal record check in accordance with local legislation

• Basic open-source / media review (including social media)
