You'll be part of a small, agile team reporting to the Global HR Operations Manager. The role is based at the Global Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. Assignment description and main responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to architect and lead the HR data strategy by transforming complex workforce data into actionable business insights. This role ensures data integrity across HR systems, manages compliance frameworks, and drives AI to optimize the HR function and reporting efficiency. Key responsibilities include: · Data Function Management: Implement and maintain a data-driven HR function, ensure high data quality and close any data gaps. · Data Ownership & Quality: Own the end-to-end HR data lifecycle; implement and maintain rigorous data quality standards to ensure a "single source of truth" within HR systems. · Data Compliance: Set up and manage data compliance processes, including data purge processes to ensure legal adherence. · Headcount Management: Ensure accurate position management in HRIS and maintain headcount management, forecasting, and accuracy. · HR KPI: Own, report, and develop comprehensive HR KPIs to measure organizational health and performance. · Stakeholder Insights: Turn workforce data into actionable HR initiatives by working closely with HR leadership and business partners. · Global Reporting: Manage and report HR external & internal reporting, including Monthly Headcount (HC) reports. · AI & Innovation: Act as the SPOC for AI steering committee, driving AI adoption and automation within the HR function. We believe you have: · Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Data Science, Statistics. · Technical Proficiency: Experience with People Analytics methods and software, BI tools (e.g., PowerBI), and HRIS systems. · AI & Automation: Proven track record of implementing AI solutions or participating in AI steering committees within a corporate environment. · Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR) and compliance processes related to personnel data. · Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize data into high-level summaries and context. · Proactive Problem Solving: A self-driven approach to identifying data gaps and developing new KPI frameworks independently. · Communication: Ability to translate complex technical "AI" or "Analytics" concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical business partners. · Detail Orientation: Exceptional accuracy in tracking positions and forecasting headcount to ensure reliable organizational reporting. · HR Processes: Extensive, hands-on knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, with demonstrated ability to apply analytics within HR function and processes.
