We are looking for an experienced Automated Trading Platform Lead / Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in building or leading automated trading systems within energy or financial markets.This role requires deep expertise in trading platform architecture, real-time market data, and algorithmic trading environments where reliability, performance, and risk management are critical.Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of a mission-critical automated trading platform.
• Design solutions for real-time market data ingestion and processing.
• Support algorithmic trading strategies and trading operations.
• Define architecture, scalability, and reliability standards across the platform.
• Implement monitoring, failover, and risk-control mechanisms.

RequirementsMust-have

• Proven experience with automated trading systems (energy or financial markets).
• Strong understanding of trading architecture, market data flows, and algorithmic execution.
• Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven systems.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with highly available, low-latency production environments.

Nice to have

• Background in Energy Trading, Algorithmic Trading, Quant Development, or Market Data Engineering.
• Technical Lead or Architect experience.
• Experience with time-series data platforms, backtesting frameworks, or Rust/C++.
