🔹 For our Client we are looking for ServiceNow Developer - Part Time 🔹

We are looking for a proactive ServiceNow Application Developer to join our client's team. You will be responsible for developing new features, supporting the platform, and ensuring smooth updates and cloning processes.

Fluent German and English are required, as you will work directly with German-speaking stakeholders to turn their business needs into technical solutions.

✔️Role Description & Key Accountabilities:

• Platform Development: Design, build, and test new features and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will handle everything from simple field changes to complex scripting and workflow automation.
• Support & Maintenance: Take ownership of technical queries and platform health. This includes:

o Upgrades & Cloning: Helping with platform version updates and managing the cloning process between environments.

o ITSM Modules: Supporting Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.

o Major Incidents: Investigating and fixing critical platform issues when they arise.

• Customer Excellence: Communicate clearly with users to understand their requirements. You will ensure that the technical solutions you build solve the business problem and meet our service standards.
• Process Improvement: Follow team processes and suggest ways to make our work faster or more reliable.
• Independent Work: Manage your own tasks and deadlines. You are expected to investigate complex bugs, find the root cause, and resolve them with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork & Training: Work closely with the team to solve problems. You will also help train junior colleagues and share your knowledge with the group.
• Continuous Learning: Keep your ServiceNow skills up to date. You will be expected to learn about new releases and pass the required ServiceNow certification exams.

✔️Requirements:

• Experience: A degree in IT or relevant experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Technical Skills:

o Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow/TfSNow Platform including technology, development, integration modules, Service Portal, ServiceNow API. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist are a plus

o Ability to troubleshoot performance and integration issues.

o Good knowledge of JavaScript and XML.

• Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are mandatory. You must be able to discuss technical tasks in both languages.
• Mindset:

o Strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality results.

o A proactive problem-solver who can work on their own initiative.

o Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work well in a team.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM)
