UX Designer

✔️Description: Will support in different projects and in running business/optimization of webshops. This is a temporary replacement for an internal FTE on maternity leave. ✔️Role Description: - Work with day-to-day optimization of existing webshop functionality, including A/B-testing of changes and content structure. - Support with UX expertise on projects such as Member club. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand different wishes and needs from commercial managers to implement new ideas and test new functionality together with the Web owner. ✔️Competence Requirements: - Experience from e-commerce/Direct to Consumer businesses. - Experience from webshop UX and conversion rate optimization. - Good at prioritization with solid functional expertise and confidence to implement suggested solutions. - Experience working in an international company with different geographic markets and brands. ✔️Role Context: Will work as a UX designer alongside the Web Owner and external developers, as well as in close cooperation with commercial managers, digital marketing, and sales experts in three different concepts. Collaboration with third-party performance marketing agencies is also part of the role. ✔️Technology: CMS is based on Optimizely including commerce module. ✔️Methodology: Bring competence and best practices to find improvements (functionality, look and feel, etc.) for the webshops. A/B testing is highly used to evaluate major changes. ✔️Personal Qualifications: - Education level: BSc or MSc in marketing, UX or related subject. - Industry experience: Experience from multi-country e-commerce, ideally subscription businesses. - Language: English is the official business language. Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus but not required.

1 FTE (80-100% will also work)

Start: 01.03.2026 (earlier start might be possible)

Duratuion: 12 months with possible extension.
