We are looking for at Gainsight Consultant for one of our clients

Job Description:

The Gainsight consultant is responsible for optimizing and further developing the client’s Gainsight setup, including building rules, data modeling, and advising on the use of Gainsight features.

The role also includes working with the Snowflake setup as well as configuring and maintaining integrations to ensure stable and scalable data solutions.

Required skills:

• Proven experience with Gainsight (e.g., Rules Engine, Data Designer, Programs, Scorecards)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and complex data structures
• Experience with Snowflake and data warehousing
• Experience with integrations between SaaS systems (e.g., CRM, product, and BI systems)
• Understanding of Customer Success processes and workflows
• An analytical, structured, and advisory approach

Start date: 01-06-2026

End date: 31-12-2026

Workload: 2-6 hours per week = around 100 hours per year

Location: Remote - working timezone as CET +/-2 hours
