The focus is on improving performance, accelerating development, and driving measurable business impact.This role is part of an ongoing, embedded setup within a large-scale e-commerce environment that is actively evolving. The platform has recently undergone a major renewal, but the current UI layer remains challenging in terms of performance, maintainability, and development speed. As a result, the organization is now focusing on continuously improving and potentially re-architecting the frontend to better support long-term scalability and faster iteration.
At the same time, the business operates in a complex environment combining B2C and B2B use cases, with a wide product range and varying functional needs. This creates a constant demand for prioritization, simplification, and data-driven decision-making. The role is embedded directly into the team and focuses on improving the UI, accelerating development, and enabling continuous optimization through A/B testing and experimentation: balancing ongoing delivery with longer-term modernization efforts.
