We are looking for a highly senior consultant to take on the role of Frontend Lead in a strategic initiative where we are building a new e-commerce platform within the telecom industry.

This is a key role within a cross-functional team, and we are looking for a technically strong, delivery-oriented profile with proven experience in complex frontend-driven environments.

About the Assignment

The consultant will join a cross-functional development team as a senior fullstack developer with a clear frontend focus

This is not a formal Lead role, but we are looking for a senior professional who naturally takes responsibility, supports other developers, and contributes to technical quality and team maturity.

The assignment includes:

• Developing and evolving frontend solutions using React and Next.js

• Having solid understanding of backend integrations

• Ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and performance

• Actively participating in technical discussions and design decisions

• Supporting less senior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

• Contributing to continuous improvement of ways of working and delivery practices

The role requires both strong individual delivery capability and the ability to elevate overall team performance.

We apply AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle and expect senior consultants to actively leverage AI to enhance delivery efficiency, code quality, and technical exploration. GitHub Copilot is widely used in our teams, and we are exploring Spec-Driven Development as part of our continuous improvement journey.

The consultant is not expected to act as a backend specialist but must have solid understanding of Java-based environments and be comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and system contracts.

Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly senior frontend developer with experience in technical leadership.

Mandatory competencies:

• Several years of experience developing complex, data-intensive web applications

• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Experience working fullstack in API-driven environments

• Strong understanding of frontend–backend interaction

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams

• Experience contributing through code reviews and technical mentoring

• Experience building e-commerce solutions within telecom

Meritorious:

• Experience with Headless CMS

• Experience integrating with standardized CRM platforms

• Experience working in larger organizations with established architecture functions
